Founder and CEO

Corey McCarthy is a high-energy, creative, and intellectually inventive entrepreneur. Her intuitive instincts and uncommon business sense are invaluable assets for Testarossa Marketing. She brings nearly two decades of experience to the organization that encompasses branding and brand launches, strategic planning, account management, content curation, advertising, social media, and PR. 

Before she founded Testarossa Marketing, McCarthy was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the digital media group Hotel Interactive.  Before that, she spent the better part of a decade as Associate Publisher of Lodging Hospitality magazine. In both positions, she worked with hundreds of companies including Hermés, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Serta, Wyndham, Hilton, LG, Samsung, NEC, HBO, FOX, DirecTV, and Hyatt. 

McCarthy earned her MBA from St. Mary’s College of California, where she mastered strategic business practices, planning and operations.

Recently, she moderated the social media panel session at the NYU Investment Conference in the company of the CMOs of Hyatt, Four Seasons, Wyndham and Best Western.


Vice President

Terisa Whitted is a senior marketing strategist that excels in translating complicated projects into well defined and executed business goals.  Her USC education inspired a television and film production career including national hit TV shows like "Color Splash" on HGTV with Design Star winner David Bromstad, "Curb Appeal" on HGTV, as well as many others.  Affectionately referred to as "She Who Will Not Be Denied", Terisa's experience in the fast paced world of executive production, project management, celebrity and talent management, resource budgeting & planning, and vendor & agency management gives her an extra edge in a corporate environment.  Over the course of her career, Whitted has cultivated strategic partnerships with Lucas Films, Costco, Home Depot, Pottery Barn, Target, West Elm, Z Gallerie, and others.  Before going into film and tv production, Terisa  earned her stripes in Silicon Valley as a software sales manager.   


Freelance Writer

Ed Watkins has been covering the hotel industry for more than 40 years. He was editor of Lodging Hospitality, a Penton Media publication, from 1980 to 2012. He then joined Hotel News Now as an editor at large, until his retirement at the end of 2014.

Ed is still a contributor to Hotel News Now and other publications. He is a member of the advisory boards for the hotel schools at Michigan State and Penn State and is often asked to speak to industry groups or moderate sessions at travel industry events.

Ed is a graduate of the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University.


Creative Director

Jeffrey L. Greene, received his bachelor of fine arts degree from the Cleveland Institute of Art, majoring in graphic design. 

Former creative director of the trade publication Lodging Hospitality, Greene has used his talents to create media promotions including print, digital, photography, video and trade show production. He specializes in complete brand packaging, from concept to execution, and has achieved product recognition unparalleled in the advertising industry. 


Luxury & Consumer Copy Writer

Carlo Wolff is a prolific journalist who writes for publications including the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Boston Globe, the Chicago Sun-Times and the Cleveland Plain Dealer, and the Cleveland Jewish News. Wolff specializes in luxury goods, hospitality, music criticism, book reviews and feature articles about popular culture, travel, and business. He also has contributed to the website of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland.

From February 1990 to August 2008, Wolff worked for Lodging Hospitality, a Penton Media trade publication targeting the hotel industry. During his last eight years with LH, he was features editor.

Wolff has been involved in three books, including The Encyclopedia of Record Producers, a 1999 Billboard publication instigated by Eric Olsen, founder of www.blogcritics.com, a critical portal to which Wolff occasionally contributes. Wolff's book, Cleveland Rock and Roll Memories, was published in November 2006 by Gray and Company, Publishers.
